White spots can be cause of multiple reasons.coukd be vitiligo,idiopathic guttate hypomekanosis.wiuld like to see a picture of the same

White spots is a very general term.
There are a lot of conditions that can present with white spots, could be tinea versicolor or idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis or vitiligo or a naevus etc.
