I have varicocele surgery. 1 year back.
My sperm count was 13mil/ml before surgery. After 3 months of surgery 16mil/ml. But after 1 year 6 mil/ml. And my both testicles became small. I am taking testosterone injection and multivitamin tablet. Please any one help what should i do
