Lose weight

Avoid foods and drinks with lot of sugar and carbohydrates like fruit juice,white bread ,soda,sweets
Avoid red meat,butter,fried foods,oils ,
Avoid alcohol
If Triglycerides are high after lifestyle changes then consult a doctor to start medicine to reduce triglycerides
