I have took mri scan
I have severe pain at my lower back and my MRI scan shows some problem and I want to know there is any need of surgery and how long this will take to cure and what are risk

You may need surgery as these dilated central canal is there in cervical and dorsal level. Cause can be idiopathic or some obstruction in CSF flow. I understand as a doctor working in neurosciences dept that is  difficult problem to treat but if you dontbact on in now it will lead to weakness in hands and legs
