Cysts over the tonsillar surface is a benign condition and usually not treated. Only indication for treatment being large size of the cyst interfering in swallowing. If cyst is small and symptoms free then no treatment is usually required
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
