I have tiny black bumps

I have tiny round black bumps in my labia .approx 15 including both the sides. Its not filled with puss. And does.not itch or pain...its soft and looks like raised skin .I asked my gyn she told if it does not itch.pain then no worry.what could it b or what is the reason .plz advice. I have a 22 months baby.
