Small bumps on penis
I am in abroad since 4 years. Since few months I am experiencing some small white bumps on the head of my penis. When I look it closely I can see tiny black spots on the bumps which is a bit hard when I touch it. I dont know what it is. I had consulted a GP and he said It might be balanitis and he gave me Clotrimazole cream which I have used for almost a month but didnt see any difference. He also did my lab tests for STD, UTI and all came negative. I am very much worried about the issue.
