I Have Systemic lupus erythematosus .
I Always have My fingers and Shoulder Bone Pain. Every Time I woke up in the Morning Some of My Fingers are Swelling and I can't even bend them . Last Week I have Consulted to the Doctor and They have Done Urine test Blood Test and Chest xray .They said I am suffering from Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) . They said that disease cannot be cured completely So I have to Take the Medicine For My Whole Life .Can You Please Suggest Me Some Preventions ?

There are many varieties in symmetrical arthritis in young males. You should keep yourself warm enough to protect muscles getting too cold and stiff in the morning especially. You should go for the through workup for arthritis
