I have sudden breast growth and soreness

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My breasts have went up in size and have been sore these past two weeks. I am not on my period, on birth control or pregnant. Is it possible my breasts are just growing? I am 18 and have been a 34 B since I was a freshman in high school. Now I am a 34C
