hello there.
regarding the lump which you got removed, what was it? it would have gone through a histopathology test, what was the report?
it could be that you have multiple lipoma, even neurofibromatosis produces multiple lumps.
if its lipoma, get it removed from the places where its seen easily and where it looks ugly.
you can ignore the others.
consult a surgeon and get yourself checked out. avoid oily and spicy foods, drink lots of water.
