I have sharp pain during and after bowel

I have sharp pain during and after bowel movement, burning sensation,this heals and recurs later ,this was first identified 13 years ago ,,can i go laser surgery .what this condition is exactly called,do i need to to go for surgery,tell me surgery will be best option or not or any side effects with surgery,what should i follow.

Yes it’s a fissure and if it is bothering since long time u better go for surgery,,laser or normal cautery doesn’t matter
