I have scalp foliculitis
The scalp on my head is in a bad state since 2- 3 years now . red blisters comes out when my hair grows longer . I have removed my hair several times (more than 7 times ) . once I remove my hair I can see that the whole scalp is covered in blisters . it itches and pains .

Hi. I guess you need another consultation with a qualified dermatologist. Shaving of head may not be a solution at all to your problem. If there's pus, may require to be cultured and examined for adequate treatment. You'll also need decolonisation regime along with antibiotics. Your folliculitis may be of fungal or bacterial etiology, thus needs to be covered adequately for maintenance with shampoos also. Let me know if u need any further assistance in this regard.
