I have retinitis pigmentosa
I was just diagnosed with RP  , iam 27 , and have pretty good central vision , with slight less peripheral , What are the options for me to slow my disease progression, I have just started seeing floaters which is a nuisance. Is NAC drug a good option for people like us ?

  RP is an autosomal inheritance disease of retina. Unfortunately no effective therapy is available for complete cure of disease.

You can take omega -3,lutein tablets to slow down disease progression. Vitamin - A rich foods. For floaters consult offline with retina specialist to rule out other causes.
