I have problem with my tonsils

Dear Doctors i have problem with my tonsils all the time i get dry mouth all the night and breath coming from tonsils i have white small tonsils stone in my throat all the day which i cant see easily but i can feel it while eating something and i also dont have cold fever or pain in my tonsils and m stop eating milk products but dnt knw why this happening i drink atleat 5-6 ltr water but it didnt solve. i visit Lots of ENT they gave me medicine which work only for 10-15 days then its stop wrkng

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. Whitish spots you are seeing are probably the debris collected in the crypts of tonsils which is not really abnormal
