I have problem with back pain
I am having both sides lower back pain issue mostly happens during urine pressure or persistent from last 3 days no other issues like fever, vomiting etc. Recently i had undergone ct abdomen and there are certain findings in it with respect to liver, please review and confirm are they serious issues and for both calculus and this i consult with which department? Ct findings Tiny hypodense lesions seen diffusely scattered at both lobes of liver – likely biliary hamartomas / Simple hepatic cysts.  Non obstructive right renal calculus and right renal cortical cyst.

Nothing to worry, get screening  ultrasound of liver to be done after 3 month for interval change
