I have premature ejaculation problem.
Hi...I am 44 years old...my penis is not hard enough to perform and insert inside the vagina...though i have sexual urge... i also have premature ejaculation problem..............Please advise

You need to do a few basic tests, get yourself examined and review your medications that you might be taking. Then you can be put on drugs to help you with your problem
