I have pimples on scrotum
I have pimples or boils like small lumps on my scrotum skin. It gets itchy some times and if scratched harder bleeds.

Hi. Greetings. This could either be scrotal cysts or purigo lesions or folliculitis or scabies . what is the duration of these lesions. ? Do you have any similar lesions elsewhere?
