I have piles.
I have piles. Sometimes bleeding happens without any pain or discomfort. Can it be cured by Aurveda?

Hello Sure, if your piles in 1st grade it'll be subside by ayurvedic medicines only and if it is in 2nd or 3rd stage it'll be needed ksharasutra ligation along with medication.
