What diet plan to follow in pcod?? I have pcod since 2 years and I'm not able to lose weight..although taking homeopathic medicines.. Please help

Hello.... PCOD is hormonal issue....and is directly related to Obesity.... Hence weight loss will be your prime concern....Along with the medicines focus on Diet & Exercise.... As per your query abt Diet plan... Please give the details of your routine Diet.... That will help me guide you better.... In general I always suggesst Vegan Diet to all my patients....which means no animal products at all...not even milk, curd, buttermilk....or anything which is from animal source..... This along with a good 45min Aerobic Exercise will definitely help you loose weight
