I have pain in my lower back
It remains for 2-3 days in a week and it is difficult to walk than Is it athrytis or some thing else

Do hot fermentation  at your back followed by light exercises of back and lower limb muscles exercise should include stretching and core stabilisation exercise. While working check your posture. Your workplace must be ergonomically designed.
