I have pain in my gala i.e.throat

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Has pain in my throat.Dnt knw whether it is due to common cold or thyroid.Recently thyroid problem detected. Persistent pain for last few days.On medication 50 mcg thyroxine. While spitting little red with white lump mucus from mouth.please help
