  3. I have lower back pain 24x7, This thing.

I have lower back pain 24x7,
In MRI report my last disc of spine is going black due to serum and i have permanent pain in my spine, it's always paining. I have done physio therapy as well as treament also but not get better results, So please provide me the right solution for this thing.
