TABLET ACCUCLAVE 625TWO-TIME A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER. TABLET CAVITE PM ONE AT NIGHT FOR LONG-TERM. (Calcium carbonate) TABLET VITAMINS D3-60,000 I U, ONE PER WEEK FOR EIGHT WEEKS, THAN ONE PER MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS . IF ACIDITY IS THEIR BY PAIN KILLER CAPSULE RABIPRAZOLE D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS.   AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE TILL SYMPTOMS DISAPPEAR. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. LIGHT DIET LESS SPICY FRIED . FRESH CURD AND BUTTER MILK INSTEAD OF MILK AS IT IS  BENIFICIAL RICH IN  CALCIUM. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS O.K BYE.
