I have less sleep

Sir/madam, i have less sleep, i want to sleep within 12.30 am but sleep does not come to my eyes before 3 am, i have tried. so, what u suggest?

Poor sleep in your case is probably because of poor conditioning and bad sleep hygiene. Practice waking up early whatever time you sleep. Gradually you will start sleeping early. Get good physical exercise during the day. Avoid tea, coffee, cola drinks near bed time. Avoid daytime naps.
