I have Keloid problem

I received answer to my previous question but..not really able to understand if injection is effective.. One our local expert dermatologist advised me cryotherapy and 6-8 sittings.As a 2nd opinion I would like to know does this therapy require 6-8 sittings..or it can be cured in max 3 sittings. Just to give background-Before this I tried all treatments..including silicon injections,other type of injections and radio therapy..nothing really worked for me.It became bigger in size after those. PFA pictures. Please advise me on taking right treatment and 100% results
