I have a itchy scrotum over 3 year.iam 21 years old guy.scrotum skin seems like very thin and silky.i used clotrimazol cream but no releaf.

You may be having scrotal eczema. It can be treated. Stop using soap over the scrotum and surrounding areas. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
