I have itchy arm pit resulting into cuts

I m suffering from cuts in my arm pits which have turned dark and dry with time. I hv applied anti fungal talcum and good moisturiser but if no use. In summers due to sweat I feel itchy and get painful cuts at the place. Kindly suggest.
