Hello. I am 24 years old . I have been having irrergular periods At least a week gap of delayed periods are seen since two or three months . What could be the reason I'm sure Im not preganant I'm not married. What can I do to have regular periods . Im going to get married this FEB

U need complete investigations. Initially go for Thyroid profile and USG lower abdomen.
