I have hypochodriasis please help.
I have been suffering from fear of extreme diseases. 2 yr under psy medicine.only temporary relief.what is the permanent solution.CBT ok?.pl help.

It seems like you're extremely distressed from your hypochondriasis and have even been under medication, which doesn't seem to be working as you'd hoped. The truth is that your hypochondriasis has to do as much with your brain as it has to do with your thoughts. While the medicine is doing its job and giving you temporary relief, you aren't feeling 100% fine because you haven't made changes to your thinking patterns and haven't addressed the underlying psychological issues.
