I have hemorrhoids and pinworms

I have had hemorrhoids for about a month now and had pinworms for about 10 years and im in alot of pain i feel im being stabbed by a knife in my anus

Hi, You may take a single tablet of albendazole (Tab. Bandy) 400mg chew then swallow it. It will help in deworming. For your hemorrhoids.. a detailed history is required to know about it's severity and confirm its diagnosis. Any history of constipation, blood in stools, pain while passing stool? It may help in finding out its cause and further treatment. General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids and increase fibre content in your diet. You may also do sitz bath.
