  3. I have few nodes. Nodes tested as well?

I have few nodes
I have a node which is increasing in size below collarbone from left side. according to fnac report it is mature andipocytes (lypoma). is it worry some? and few days ago I discovered two more nodes one in left armpit and another from left side of thought just below jaw bone. should I get these nodes tested as well?
