I have discomfort while passing stools

Hello doctor, I'm having discomfort while passing stools and I find them bleeding. But the bleeding is very less and I'm using this ointment called SUCRALCOAT ANO. wanted to know if it's safe to use and if bleeding is not that seriously and will it be fine in a period of time
