I have diabetes. Should I avoid fruit juice? or Should I only take vegetable juice or a mix of both or I should totally avoid juices? if yes, to juices can i take packed ones?

Would suggest to have whole fruit rather than drinking fruit juices regularly, one in a while you can have fresh fruit juice without added sugar. There is a difference in the rise of blood sugars after having fruits vs fruit juices. Strongly advice against packed juices which contain preservatives and added sugar.
