I have continous loose motion for last 12hrs. It is going like pure water. I had vomiting also. For every 20mins I m getting motion

It's a case of food poisoning...take t.ofloxacin-ornidazole1-0-1for 3days,T.domperidone1-0-1(before food)for three days,T.pantoprazole 20mg1-0-1(before food) for three days,T.lactobacillus1-0-1for3days,electoral powder dissolved in boiled and cooled water as frequently as possible.(drink this fluid within 24 hours)
Next Steps
take bland diet,avoid taking oily,spicy food.drink coconut water,drink plenty of liquids.
