I have chlamydia

Asked for Male, 37 Years

2 year relationship where protection was never used. I tested positive she did not. she has constant UTIs. What are the chances of her not catching it even though we have a one year old and have been trying to have another baby. Could her UTIs treatment have cured her or given her a false negative.
