Chlamydia infection. Have any symptoms.

Dear Doctor, Not so long ago i have symptoms like pain while urination and swelling on penis head. I was tested for bacterias and STD's and all results was negative. I was 100% sure that i have something and because standard test doesn't show anything i was tested with BICOM device and doctor said that i have chlamydia. At that time, my fiance did't have any symptoms. Thank God, i was cured with BICOM therapy and to be sure, i was given single dose or azytromycin. Today, i don't have any symptoms and I'm completly healthy down there. I forgot mention I'm in relationship with my fiance for 8 years and i really trust her, but the catch is that i was virgin before we get into relationship and she was not. She got tested for all STD's 2 times while i was sick, especially for chlamydia and all results was negative. My question is how did i get chlamydia and can chlamydia pass tests if person doesn't have symptoms? I want to renew our sex life but i'm still so afraid that Best Regards
