I have burning sensation after urination

I have severe burning sensation after passing urination, urge to get urination,now burning sensation got reduced in penis, still pain or uneasiness is there before urination or kept bladder free or after urination.. Kindly help me with this problem, thank you

Kindly do urine r/m and culture. And consult a urologist with report. It’s looking like UTI, need to treat with antibiotics as per culture report. Till then take tab Urispas 200mg three times a day.
