I have bleeding in stool
I have had anal fissures 3 months back and I have treated the same after consulting a doctor . Now after 3 months..I notice dark red bleeding in stool. I also find it difficult when I pass stool because I always pass hard stools. How can I cure the same. I feel normal all the other time..there is no pain or itching.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

If it is acute anal fissure, medical treatment will give you complete cure.  If it is chronic, failure to medical treatment is possible. Treating constipation with proper medication is absolutely necessary. Consult a nearby surgical gastroenterologist to assess about other problems.
