What seems like is facial pigmentation. What kind of creams are you using.
The correct way to keep this in check is to wear proper sunscreen whenever you are outdoors and a non steroid skin lightening cream .
Chemical peels and laser treatments are available to make it light.
Pls visit a dermatologist for check up.
