Hello, You have variants of all stages of acne I mean starting from active acne, pigmentation and acne scars( those depressed area or pits of your healed acne is what is known as acne scars) So firstly treat your active acne with oral medications and creams Do not expect any magic because acne take its own time to settle Second step is pigmentation which can be again taken care by creams and chemical peel Third is acne scar which requires microneedling with prp and laser resurfacing through co2 lasers or resurfex laser. Results are much better with lasers but still prp microneedling has its own record
Next Steps
Consult me via practo pro for practical approach to your condition and for holistic treatment as consider acne as a disorder rather than just skin condition
Health Tips
- Avoid sugary and oily food - Wash your face twice with gentle cleanser - Take a session of chemical peel at regular intervals - Apply sunscreen as healing acne leaves hyper pigmentation followed by sun exposure
