Pain doesn't reduce by combiflame.. mox cv 3 Tab per day for 5 days . With an acenac p only when u have pain will help u.. but all these Tab n pain relief r temporary. U need to go to a dentist n get a treatment. For permanent solution

No self medication is always a wrong habit.so please visit ur dentist ASAP, till now do the warm saline water gargles 4-5 times a day,or apply clove oil to the tooth.u may have a cavity that has gone beyond the living part of the tooth called pulp or nerve.so u may need the RCT.
