I have a sist in my underarm .
Past 4,5 months back I noticed a sist in my underarm which wasn't there earlier . It's hard and a quite big .
It pains only when touched . Kindly tell me the cause for it and which doctor should I consult too.

Hello dear
The cyst can be an infection of hair follicle or lymph node.
Antibiotic therapy along with warm compression can be helpful.
If it remains excision should be done.

It can be sebacious cyst ,or it can also be swollen lymoh node.
Kindly get yourself checked at nearby hospital.
You should visit any MBBS and if available MS (Gen surgeon).
They will probe history about infections and will clinically palpate the swelling.
