I have a redness on my face.

I have redness on both sides of nose on cheeks as clearly seen in the image. Someone says it's a spider bite and I have seen some. Spider near my bed too.. It is burning and paining like hell. I need some advice, is it due to the spider bite or just some swelling and regular pimple.
