Subja can be of little help in this problem. i have never used subja for PCOS and Hypothyroid. Since ayurvedic products are harmless, so its not going to harm you in any way

There isn't any recorded benefit of sabja seeds for hypothyroidism or PCOD. These following steps will help you with the PCOD and hypothyroidism: - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet - Avoid oily, fatty, deep fried and junk food - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly(minimum 30 mins) - Avoid goitrogens(cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage)
