I have a dark spot on my forehead.

Asked for Male, 15 Years

I've been having this bruised like spot on the left of my forehead for about 4 years and im not sure what it is. However I do remember getting hit by a door in between my forehead but im still not sure if that's what caused it. It doesn't hurt, its just there. Im a bit worried on having permanent damage. Please help.
