I have a big mole on my chin. For it!

If mole is small and has no deep root then laser is the method but if mole is big and has a root then laser may leave a big scar. For big and deep moles surgical removal is the best treatment which has chance of minimum scar. Surgical method will depend on the site and exact size of mole and also on alignment of mole in relation to skin tension lines so that there is minimal scarring. I would recommend you to get it checked by a qualified dermatologist so that proper diagnosis is made and only then the methods of removal can be suggested.
