I have a back acne
I have a back acne and i think its quite severe now. It started when i went back to school, stressing out about stuff and first it was just little dots until it became alot. I dont know how to treat it and i never tried any medicine for this. I just leave it alone hoping someday it will fade. Hope you can help me with this.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. It comes on the back as red boils what in subside with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Please don't apply oil on your head. Please send photos for proper examination and detailed prescription.
