I have a acne due to heat
I need to prevent acne coming due to heat. Also what facewash or moisturizer i should use.
Acne also comes just before periods. But it goes automatically.

Acne that is pimples need to be treated according to the severity of the condition. If it is severe, we need to start medication to prevent permanent scarring.
