  4. I have 2 skin coloured moles. Situation?

I have 2 skin coloured moles
These moles are present on the foot and right elbow, they are about 1*1 in size. The mole near the elbow is irregular shape whereas the one near the joint of my foot is round. Is this a big problem and how to resolve this situation?
