I have- 1cylindrical number at 180 degre
Number is Only in right eye should I use spacts is it curable the number is minus one at 180 degree on right eye sight

yes you must use the glasses. but after getting it checked again bcoz you are already 41 and now you will need glasses for near too.so get it examined and use bifocal or progressive glasses. in the beginning you may get some problem but later on you will learn.to adjust it.
